I went very simple and clean today.
I used Unity's Quiet Essence (the flower and grid background) and May 2012 (sentiment banner) KOM stamp sets. This is for the Unity monthly challenge to use pennants and/or banners.
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Unity Quiet Essence and May 2012 KOM stamps
Y13, Y19, R43, R46 Copics
CG1, CG2 Spectrum Noirs
Studio G blue ink
Black Soot Distress Ink
I'm also entering this into the 10-Minute Craft Dash challenge. We had to use these colors:
My time was about 8 minutes, give or take a few seconds.
My colors are more vivid in person, it's just dark right now and the flash on the camera washed the colors out.
I'm also entering this into Young Crafters Unite Challenge #14 which is to use a technique you've recently learned or is your favorite.
This is my first project using alcohol markers. I tried it once before and well... it was messy! I finally tried again and it is not so scary after all! The flower is a lot more blended in person. The flash just makes the whole photo look kinda harsh. Sorry!

Your card is quite lovely! You did a great job coloring...I'm still hesitant to invest in markers. Thanks for sharing!
