for you

Project #29

This is for Authentique's FIRST monthly challenge! The first half of the month is a sketch challenge (one each for a layout and a card) and the second half is a color combo. This is my card:

The only items that aren't Authentique are the card base, green swirl sticker and I-Rock gems.
From Authentique I used the Blissful 6x6 pad, Diction stickers and Petite Type Circle Stickers.

The lighting isn't the best in the photo. But, oh well.
I love those little alphas!

I love little alphas, too :) What a pretty card, LOVE those flowers!!

Thanks for your sweet comment on my for doing the star, it takes a bit of practice for sure! I found if you fold the paper slightly, it helps to keep it in place and centered over the little bumps on the board that are there to center it. I need to get a little steadier with the craft knife, too! Yikes!! Wish you lived closer, I'd show you how I do it LOL Love the blog redesign, by the way...cute banner!

I forgot to mention...mead is a delicious wine made from honey :) I have a friend from high school who opened and the stuff is DELICIOUS! We go to his store often to check out the new meads being made (blueberry, maple, black raspberry, peach...yum) and always come home with one. One glass does you in, too, it's potent stuff!
